We have been using CST for over 3 years now, and they have been brilliant! I actually do not have any negatives that I can tell you about. They are not only a support to staff, but they have been excellent in helping me develop and push forward ICT in the school. Yes, ICT does not always work, but they deal with all sorts of issues with speed, efficiency and professionalism. We have an engineer onsite all the time (very high-level skills) and they have a team behind them in the office if there is anything they can't deal with.
We talked to a number of I.T. support companies but found that they wanted us to fit into one of their service packages. CST were very different. They adopted a collaborative approach from the beginning and took time to understand our requirements. They have developed a bespoke package that provides us with the reassurance that our network is being looked after as well as the flexibility to utilise their engineers to support a myriad of more complex I.T. projects across the school that require specialist support. The CST engineers are extremely knowledgeable, pragmatic and adaptable. We don’t think of CST as just another contractor – they are very much part of our team!
