James founded CST in 1993. His previous experience includes project management within IBM for clients such as Cazenove, Lloyds, VW and NatWest. James’ passionate approach to technology and customer services has formed the basis from which CST has grown. James continues to lead the business on a day to day basis to ensure the core values are maintained.

Paul Tucker

Chief Operating Officer
Paul joined CST in 2011 and has transformed the operational structure within the business. His technical skills combined with his ability to understand the client’s requirements has enabled him to build a service team capable of completing the most challenging of projects and technology goals. Paul is responsible for developing the business offerings and pursuing growth opportunities

Shane Thorne

Account Director
Shane joined CST in 2006 and started out in consultancy, working with our customers to develop their infrastructures and technical budgets. Due to Shanes practical knowledge he can explain technical terms into easy to understand terminology. His unique experience of ‘both sides of the fence’ has allowed him to develop and grow the way CST develops and recommends the right solutions for our customers. Shane ensures our customers are happy with the services they are provided through excellent problem management skills and ensuring regular contact with our customers.
