When we created CST our goal was to take the headache out of I.T. by making the support process as efficient and trouble free as possible. At CST we have two separate groups of engineers working together to deliver the very best support services.
The office based Primary Support team handle all incoming telephone / email and remote support issues. Our Field & Project team manage our rapid response capability and cover all customer onsite work. Both teams comprise of highly qualified technical specialists and work within our own set of fixed guidelines, resolution times, escalation and customer liaison.
